This Article is saying that Criminals should be able to receive an education or that they should receive any form of rehabilitation because it helps them reduce the number of offenders who return to jail after unable to adapt to a life outside and being a healthy member outside of jail.O the more they receive rehabilitation classest he more they are going to learn to not commit a crime because they already know the consequences if they commit a crime again.Also the Criminal rehabilitation can help solve the problem of overcrowding in most prisons sense their alot of criminals outside in the world.
Also Education is one of the ways in which it can help those criminals to never return to jail: it appears that their time in incarceration was spent productively, changing some vital aspect of their personality. Education is also being offered within the prison to allow the prisoners to upgrade and stay relevant to the changing society outside the prison walls.So i totally agree that criminals should get the opportunity to receive an eduaction in prison so they can change their personality.

After glancing through your posts, I noticed that you haven't found too much information discussing why criminals should not receive an education while in jail. Discuss your topic with Miriam and ask her about some of the research she has found on why criminals should not recieve an education while in prison. She probably has some interesting points.
Mr. Creal well i already talked to miriam and she gave me some interesting points.THe points she gave me, about going against criminals that should recieve an education are that because in many states like in california the community is doing more for the criminals and the people that do bad things then doing more for the people that benefit the community.So they tend to wwaste the money in criminals and bad people instead of helping the community.ALso she said that criminals should receive apunishment because they convicted a crime so that they should pay for the crime instead of giving them a benefitcial opportunity to them.criminals should pay and recieve a punishment and not receive a education.
