This article is saying that if we give the criminals an opportunity to receive an education pretty much they are going to gain alot of good information to not commit a crime while they are release. So by providing education to prisoners ( criminals) education is their helpful source to keep them from returning to jail because they are going to learn to not do bad things or crimes to not receive a punishment again. So the more education they receive while in prison the less likely to commit a crime on release. Also they are going to rehabiliate more by receiving an education.

I will use this information on my article because it help me set up my paper by giving reasons why the criminals should receive an education.

  1. Most people when they get out of jail, they don't know what to do because they didn't finish their education of have one. Giving them and education is a great opportunity for them to get ahead in life. I like the fact that you wrote how this aricle is going to help you.
