This article is saying that if we give the criminals an opportunity to receive an education pretty much they are going to gain alot of good information to not commit a crime while they are release.So by providing education to prisoners ( criminals) education is their helpful source to keep them from returning to jail because they are going to learn to not do bad things or crimes to not receive a punishment again. So the more education they receive while in prison the less likely to commit a crime on release.Also they are going to rehabiliate more by receiving an education.
I will use this information on my article because it help me set up my paper by giving reasons why the criminals should receive an education. |

Most people when they get out of jail, they don't know what to do because they didn't finish their education of have one. Giving them and education is a great opportunity for them to get ahead in life. I like the fact that you wrote how this aricle is going to help you.
